Matthew Harding is a Computer / Electronic Engineer with an extensive background in
electronics engineering and Computer Sciences, and has worked with the Internet since 1983.
He began his career in 1975, specializing in computer technologies and radio communications.
In 1980, he was employed as an engineer by Apple computer.
He has traveled throughout the United States and Asia, researching computer
technologies and training others. He has also designed products for the computer and
embedded controller industries. In addition, Mr. Harding is a software engineer, capable of
programming in many computer languages. Since the early 1990s, he has used his
extensive knowledge of computers and programming to develop and market websites.

·        Brought 5 products to market in less than 18 months. Pay Phone Telecommunications device for the Deaf, Remote sensing devices, Microprocessor hardware and software programming, RF, Audio, Telephone devices. Designed electronics and packaging. Generated and managed vendors for pilot production runs. Generated documentation and coordinated transfer of products to high volume production. Wrote Small Business Innovative Research Program grant proposal defining design for a HighWay CallBox TDD with RF remote access for the deaf and disabled.

·        Designed electronics to interface with and evaluated emerging flat panel displays. Prototyped computer hardware and software. Extensive programming in ASM (8049, 8051), Basic and Pascal. Evaluated and enhanced OEM products. Performed thermal and acoustic evaluations. Designed production jigs, test equipment and processes.

·        Tested and repaired computerized gas chromatographs. 8080/8085 based systems. Analog and digital real-time display interfacing, Temperature sensing and control. Worked with the development of hardware and software, Prototyped system boards.
